- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect:

- Customized products
- Sale or discounted items

Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:
- Item received is damaged
- Wrong item delivered
- Order cannot be fulfilled by Aura by Ayra
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or bank transfer.
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Slight color differences due to photography/screen settings
- Delays caused by courier companies
